Who is Tracy La?
Tracy La is a nonprofit executive director and county housing commissioner running for Garden Grove Unified School District (GGUSD) Trustee Area 4 in the November 3, 2026 general election.
Tracy La is the proud daughter of Vietnamese refugees and was the first in her family to graduate college. Public education gave her the skills to build a nonprofit from the ground up and propel her career in public service. In her role as a nonprofit leader, Tracy spearheaded the development of youth education programs and key efforts to support working families — including the passage of the Santa Ana rent stabilization ordinance, which was achieved by organizing with Vietnamese senior mobile home residents.
